If you are a customer, activate the direct debit on your bank account: the payment of the bill will take place automatically and safely on the exact day of expiry, without additional commission costs.
Domiciliation is convenient:
- For utilities with a consumption up to 500 cubic metres per year, we will refund the security deposit, if previously charged.
- No payment delays, which would lead to interest charges and debt collection actions.
- You save the payment fees for bills and wire transfers (unless otherwise specified by your credit institution).
- If you experience an issue with your bill, you have the option of requesting a payment hold on the bill from your credit institution. Or, if the charge has already taken place, you have 8 weeks after the deadline to request an immediate refund from your credit institution.
- It is an eco-sustainable choice.
To activate the domiciliation, you only need your tax code and IBAN and follow this procedure:
- Access MyAcea, go to the ‘Bills and Payments\Bank Domiciliation’ section and click “Activate now”

If you are Gesesa customer, fill the following form and send it to commerciale@gesesa.it to request the bank Domiciliation. To request the revocation of your bank address you must send a request to the commercial email address commerciale@gesesa.it and request revocation from your Bank.
