Enrico Resmini

Enrico Resmini has been CEO of a.Quantum and Chairman of Acea Acqua since December 2024.

He is also currently Chairman of the Board of HYPE SpA, a fintech company based in Milan.

From January 2020 to October 2023, he was Managing Director and General Manager of CDP Venture Capital SGR S.p.A, the largest Venture Capital manager in Italy and one of the largest in Europe, controlled by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (70%) and Invitalia (30%).

In 2019 he joined EY as leader of EY Parthenon MED, a service line dedicated to strategic advisory services in the Mediterranean region (Italy, Spain and Portugal).

From 2012 to 2018 Enrico Resmini held various positions at Vodafone Group, most recently (September 2017-December 2018) as Group Digital Commercial Program Director in London, responsible for digital transformation in more than 20 markets. Prior to that, from September 2014 to September 2017, he worked in Vodafone Italy as Wholesale, Ultrabroadband and Strategy Director. He was also Chairman of the Vodafone Italy Foundation from November 2014 to December 2018. He had joined the telecommunications group as Residential Business Unit Director.

From 1995 to 2012 he worked for McKinsey & Company. He joined the consulting firm as a Business Analyst and became a Partner in 2005.

He started his career at LIAS Srl as a Design and Production Engineer (1993-1995).

Enrico Resmini holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, and an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France).
