Emiliano Ranati

Emiliano Ranati has been Head of Human Resources & Organization of Acea since December 2024.

He spent most of his career at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A. (CDP), where he held various management positions for 15 years.
From 2021 to September 2024, he was CFO and Business Development of CDP Real Asset SGR S.p.A., as well as Head of Group Real Estate Strategic Planning & Initiatives at CDP.
From 2021 to 2023, he was first General Manager and then CEO of CDP Immobiliare S.r.l.
From 2018 to 2021, he was Head of Strategic Initiatives & Business Plan Monitoring at CDP, supporting the CEO and General Manager in defining strategic projects at both company and group level, and in managing corporate priorities.
From 2015 to 2018 he was Head of Planning & Reporting at CDP.
Emiliano Ranati started his career (2006 - 2009) at Selex Sistemi Integrati S.p.A. - a Leonardo Group company.
In addition to his managerial experience, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Hotelturist S.p.A., a member of the Board of Directors and of the Remuneration Committee of Kedrion S.p.A., and a member of the Investment Committee of CDP Real Asset SGR S.p.A.
He graduated with honors in Economics and Business Administration from Rome’s LUISS Guido Carli University, and he has attended postgraduate courses at both SDA Bocconi in Milan and LUISS.
