For the fourth consecutive year, Acea has received the Top Employers Italy 2025 certification, the official recognition of corporate excellence in personnel policies and strategies, as well as their implementation to contribute to people’s well-being, improve the environment, and enhance the labor world.  

Employer Branding, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Career e Wellbeing are among the main areas that enabled the Group to achieve this prestigious recognition. Additionally, the continuous improvement of Equality & Care policies has been confirmed. This growth trajectory demonstrates the value Acea Group places on its people.
