Acea S.p.A. (“ACEA”) announces the dates on which the Board of Directors is expected to examine the company’s financial results during 2025:

Thursday 13 March 2025 Consolidated financial statements of the ACEA Group and draft ACEA separate financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024

Wednesday 14 May 2025 Interim report on operations at 31 March 2025

Thursday 24 July 2025 Half-year financial report at 30 June 2025

Thursday 13 November 2025 Interim report on operations at 30 September 2025

Meetings with the financial community and the media may be organised in order to present the financial results and business strategies, as appropriate.

A General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders to approve the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 will be convened in first call on 28 April 2025 (Monday) and in second call on 29 April 2025 (Tuesday).

The dividend for FY2024 is expected to be payable from 25 June 2025, with an ex-dividend date of 23 June 2025 and record date of 24 June 2025.
