Last February, Illumina Roma was launched. The new app allows users to report, in real time via smartphone or tablet, which light points in their area require maintenance. The app enables Areti to optimize the management of reports and improve service quality through active citizen participation and engagement, making residents an integral part of the improvement process. In addition to the app, reports can also be submitted via the Areti website (www.areti.it) and by calling the toll-free number 800 00 66 77, available 24/7.
